Old Bukhara is a halal Uzbek restaurant in River Edge, open from 11 AM to 2 AM, seven days a week. Our dining room is lively and artistic: hand-stitched ikat covers the ceiling, and the walls are hung with painted plates and framed scenes.
The Old Bukhara menu goes from Samarkand plov and manti to tandoori samsa, lagman, shurpa and kebabs off the grill, plus salads, cold appetizers and platters made for sharing.
We're also a banquet venue. Celebrate your next birthday, bridal shower, family reunion, rehearsal dinner or corporate event with us: delicious cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere.
We cater, too: birthday parties, holiday parties, corporate events, wedding festivities and more. And when the calendar calls for it, like New Year's Eve, the room fills with authentic songs, stunning costumes and a lot of happy faces.
